“Świetny”

Great location – close to party spots and bars, which was a big plus for us. A few minutes’ walk to the beach and shops. The hotel was clean, rooms were tidied every two days, rooms were very well equipped (fridge, oven, kettle, toaster). The staff were polite and very helpful, quick and easy contact via WhatsApp. After a previous experience, this hotel was a salvation for us :) There were no such things.

Communication with the staff was outstanding, helping and guiding us. They answered each of our questions and reached out right away when we had forgotten an item of great sentimental value. They ensured we could return to pick up the forgotten item. I don’t think other places would have bothered with informing us and keeping the item safe until we could retrieve it. The sentimental value was extreme, so we were truly grateful and touched by the crew at Napoli Suites.

“Le stanze non sono come quelle descritte in foto”

The place was dirty, we had many problems, including the air conditioner being very, very dirty and dripping on the bed. After we reported it, the staff cleaned it but left the whole room full of bacteria and dust on the bed. We couldn’t use the air conditioner for the rest of the days because every time we tried to turn it on, moldy air blew out. The bathrooms were small and clogged. You couldn’t wash your face or shower because the water wouldn’t flow and stayed on the surface. The noise from the drain turned into a trumpet and was annoying for up to 10 minutes after using it. The kettle was rusty, full of mold, and smelled bad. It was unusable 😣

“Good location, but poor overall”

Good location. The overall cleanliness was quite poor. The room had a door leading to a very dirty common area with an unpleasant smell and cleaning supplies, and the door could barely be locked from the inside. There was also no safe to securely store personal belongings. The photos on Booking do not accurately reflect what the rooms actually look like
