“Hôtel incroyable !”

An unobstructed view of the caldera, Fira lit up at night right across from our room, breakfast served in the room daily with a selection (order the day before for the next day), the heated jacuzzi in October and lit at night. The room is spacious, the bedding very comfortable. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! Great value for a week in October. The hotel’s welcome and responsiveness were excellent. I recommend this place. The only downside: we didn’t get daytime sun on the terrace… Too bad, because we had a large terrace but only used it for the pool; we didn’t enjoy the sun loungers.

The cleanliness and breakfast were great, except for the room from the gentleman… and the view was amazing, wow 🤗 Nothing else, everything was excellent.

“superbe adresse”

The view over the Caldeira and the terrace with its private pool were great, even though the weather didn't let us use it. Breakfast was exceptional, served every morning in our lodge, and we had to order it the previous day through the hotel’s app. The bedding was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly with spotless housekeeping. I recommend it, but be aware that pedestrian access is a bit tricky and parking can be difficult on the road above the hotel.

“Amazing stay”

Everything was great! I would just like the breakfast ingredients to be higher quality, such as whole‑wheat bread and freshly baked pastries instead of packaged ones. It looked fantastic though.
