The location is perfect. Great level of comfort & cleanliness. The location was excellent as it was so close to the glacier it made the hike that much easier. The food was exceptionally good and catered for our large group of assorted tastes and needs. What was there not to like

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some aspects standing out as positives and others leaving room for improvement. The hotel's location and staff were both excellent, and the mountain view room I was provided with was truly breathtaking. However, the food could have been better, and the separate dining areas for vegetarian and non-vegetarian options felt a bit disjointed.

I had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that utterly failed to meet my expectations. Despite booking the highest available room, I was greeted by a stinking bathroom that remained a problem throughout my stay. To make matters worse, my dinner order was forgotten despite being placed two hours in advance, and over half of the menu options were unavailable.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was brand new and in pristine condition, and the manager's recommendations for things to do in the area were spot on. The food was also amazing, and the team provided me with an absolute royal treatment.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks in large part to the extremely supportive and friendly staff. Mr. John and Irshad were particularly helpful, going out of their way to assist me during a particularly challenging time - heavy snowfall that made it difficult to reach the hotel. However, my experience was slightly marred by a disappointing dessert, the gulab jamun, which fell short of my expectations.
