It was great to be able to leave our luggage on the day we were leaving and there were coffee pods available. When we arrived, the cistern wasn’t working; they offered us a room change and didn’t tell us the partition was broken, one of the panels was missing, and the bathroom flooded when we showered. The bed and pillow were not comfortable at all.

Convenient for reaching Termini station, and they let us check in early. There was a cigarette smell in the common area, and some items in the room need maintenance.

The accommodation is very well located, only 15‑20 minutes from the Colosseum, near the Termini bus station; the place is very clean, with air conditioning, towels, soap, and the best part is the super attentive staff. Mariana was very friendly and helped us with everything, even though our flight was delayed 2 hours and we arrived at the lodging at 3 am; her service was exceptional.

The location and easy check‑in were great, and the staff were helpful. The room was too small for my needs – there was only a tiny table to put things on, no towel rack, and the mattress was quite uncomfortable.
