The team was warm and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner the night before were excellent. The bedroom and bed were spot‑on, providing everything I needed. The Wi‑Fi was a bit spotty, but that’s the only hiccup. I couldn’t answer the bonus paid‑Wi‑Fi question because it wasn’t actually a question.

The staff were amazing—very friendly and accommodating. The food was superb; we enjoyed the included breakfast and paid for the evening meal. The room was comfortable and came with tea and coffee facilities. However, the room itself was a bit tired and needed a fresh coat of paint, especially the bathroom which could use some extra attention.

I stayed one night in this delightful hotel. The room was superbly furnished, the space was maximised, and the lighting was excellent. There were no downsides.

The hotel is cozy and within walking distance of Settle. It sits above a café and offers a nice outdoor terrace. The room was tidy and in good order, though the sliding window was a bit tricky to keep open. Giggleswick is a pleasant and quiet village for a night’s stay. Initially, the staff paid little attention to us at check‑in while no other guests were present, but they improved their communication later. The bathroom’s ventilation system was noisy.
