The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff seemed to be trying, but they were completely incompetent. The hot tub was always packed and the employees were super rude and arrogant. We lost power for two days and they refused to give us a refund. They're always nickel-and-diming you for something, and if you try to complain, they threaten to call the cops.

The location of this place is great, but that's about it. I was really disappointed with the state of the room - there were ants all over the beds and kitchen, and it was filthy. When I asked them to clean it, they just took out the trash and didn't even change the sheets.

The pool was amazing, and the hot tub on the balcony was a great touch. The location was also perfect. However, the bar staff seemed completely uninterested in serving us.

This place was perfect for our group - it's close to everything but far enough away from the noise. The only downsides are that it doesn't have air conditioning, but it wasn't a problem for us since we were there during the cooler months. The ceiling fans are also really loud, though.
