The only real plus was the proximity to the train station, which made getting around easy. Unfortunately, the experience was poor. When we arrived, the lock wasn’t working, and we had to wait about two hours for it to be fixed before we could start enjoying our trip. The host’s communication was lacking, and the area around the hotel didn’t feel safe or comfortable.

We enjoyed a great stay at this place, especially thanks to the wonderful staff who were attentive and charming. The hotel was clean and tidy, even had a fridge. The location was ideal – everything was within walking distance. The staff were kind and helpful, and the property felt calm and safe. It’s close to the train station and perfect for shuttle arrivals and departures. On the downside, the room was a bit small, suitable for one person or two if you’re okay with limited space. One outlet was faulty, so watch out. We had an issue with hot water, but it was fixed quickly and efficiently – thanks again! Also, you have to pay the tourist tax in cash upon arrival, so bring some cash.

The room was super comfortable; we requested a double and it delivered. It featured a smart TV, something none of our previous stays had, plus a kitchen with utensils, a spacious bathroom, drinks, and an electric kettle. Although it’s well connected thanks to a nearby tram and close to Roma Termini, you should be cautious at night and avoid walking alone in that area – but there are stations close by, so just use public transport and everything works out fine.

The location is excellent, just steps from a bus and tram stop and about 15‑20 minutes on foot from Termini station. The staff are friendly, helpful, and respond to requests even outside normal hours. The room’s cleanliness could use improvement – while we didn’t find any major hygiene issues, a bit more attention to sanitary items, linens, and furniture would earn the property extra points.

The apartment needs a makeover: there’s no wardrobe, the double bed is against a wall leaving no passage space, the bathroom is very small with a basin right next to the shower, a tiny sink, and a shower enclosure with a broken wall that was patched with a curtain. The shower head is dull and the boiler in the bathroom is present but not great. The sheets had holes, and the pillow was very high and stiff.
