“Happy employees , happy residents”

All the staff members were helpful,polite, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Carpets in common areas could have been cleaner. More pots and pans would be nice. There were no bowls in the room

“You need to check Rose once a week. The other hotels do your rooms are getting tore up.”

I didn’t realize it had that feature. I was there when every remodel happened, and now people are tired of the backup again.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need right there, but my room was full of ants, all over the bed, so I left early because I couldn’t sleep.

“Wish I booked a better hotel”

The hotel’s many restaurants are convenient, but when I arrived my room had to be switched TWICE; the first room was never ready, and the second smelled completely like cigarettes even though it was a “non smoking” room. I was downgraded from a 2‑bedroom to a 1‑bedroom with no effort to accommodate. The TV didn’t work, the blankets were poor, and the phone in the room also didn’t work. I will never stay at a MainStay again and am telling my family to do the same!
