The hotel is chic—small but very stylish, new and spotless. The staff are wonderful, the location is excellent, and I recommend it.

I was thrilled from the moment I stepped into The Den and stayed all the way until I checked out. The whole time I felt at ease and secure. The spot is spot‑on—just a quick stroll to awesome restaurants, cafés, and the beach. I couldn’t have wished for a better place. The décor is super cute and chic, perfect for Instagram.

The location is great. The room looked a bit dirty, at least the floor. The room is also a bit dull, with little decoration or atmosphere.

It’s very quiet, maybe too quiet. I shouldn’t have booked an upper‑floor room with heavy luggage, but they offered to help. The room is tidy. There were mosquitoes, missing amenities such as a room slipper, toothbrush, toothpaste, and no bins in the bedroom. The quietness isn’t ideal if you want to socialize. The room I stayed in had a bidet issue. The washroom had some cracks and wasn’t properly maintained, though it still looked visually acceptable.
