Everything was great: the property was super clean, comfortable, in a great spot, and the staff were simply amazing. The only downside was that the mattress wasn’t the best.

We celebrated our anniversary at Taller de Juan in San Cristóbal de las Casas and the location was unbeatable. The hotel’s design and décor are stunning, with lush greenery that makes you feel surrounded by nature even in the city centre. Our room was open, roomy, yet private and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were wonderful; everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. A special thanks to Ximena and Cristina for their fantastic hospitality. Nothing could have been better—truly a perfect stay.

The design and details are great 😊, but the location… it’s okay, just a bit far from the main attractions. Still, I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it.
