Val’s welcome was fantastic – she’s genuinely friendly and made us feel right at home, and the little shops nearby are super convenient. The beach is a short walk away, pleasant enough for a stroll, but the water situation was a nightmare: for three days the guest shower didn’t work at all and the toilet was practically useless. We ended up borrowing a neighbor’s bathroom in the same courtyard and still got a cold rinse.

The host was incredibly kind, making us feel completely relaxed, and the place offers solid value – it feels more like a studio than a hotel room. Shops, markets, restaurants and wine stores are all within walking distance, and while the center is about a 20‑minute drive, the beach is only a 10‑15 minute ride (or a 30‑40 minute walk). The neighborhood felt safe at any hour, so we could wander around at night or early morning without any problems. Definitely recommend for a group of friends.
