“Dirty, deteriorated”
The staff were polite, but the facility was dirty, the rooms were old and in poor condition. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and would get stuck on the floor. The sofa‑bed mattress was dirty and stained, so we couldn’t use it and the whole point of having a room with it was lost. The pool and its area were filthy. Until now, this has been the worst hotel we’ve stayed in San Antonio.
“Hotel de malo a regular”
I only needed a place to sleep, and that was fine, but the parking felt unsafe, with almost daily glass breakages on several cars, and we never ate breakfast because the service started too early; we missed nothing good, and there was nothing good at all.
Parking security was nonexistent, and several break‑ins happened that night.
