The hot water knob was misaligned, so I couldn't tell if the water was hot or cold; the sheet was damp, and they had put me in a room that had been smoked in, apparently to keep my deposit, so be careful with the room you choose.

The location was good, but the floors were dirty, the shower never got hot, and the place needs updating; it felt overpriced because of the FSU Family Weekend.

The staff were courteous and polite, always ready to help, the complex was clean, and the rooms were tidy, making for a very enjoyable experience; I can't think of anything I didn't like.
