The property is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the center but in a very quiet area; we greatly appreciated the kindness and availability of Massimo and Gabriella, the breakfast was great with a wide selection including fresh items, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The place was spotless, well-equipped, and spacious. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety and felt like a typical Italian morning spread.

We can only give compliments to Massimo and Mrs. Graziella for their hospitality and availability; the room was good, the services were excellent, and the breakfast was great. the location was perfect, close to everything you might need. the only downside was that we had to leave to return home 😀😀😀😀 We hope to come back soon!

The staff are welcoming, making you feel at home. Massimo and Graziella are exceptional people who, at breakfast (rich), explain a bit about the itinerary and the history of Porto Cesareo, Lecce, and Puglia in general. The room is clean, and towel and linen changes occurred five times over five days. We will definitely return. Walking distance to the port, Porto Cesareo beach, and the pedestrian area for evening strolls is easy. Street parking is very simple to find and free.

The location is ideal for reaching both the city center and the beach. The welcome was great and the breakfast was super abundant. Unfortunately, the mosquito nets are missing!
