The host’s attitude was open to criticism. The pool wasn’t included in the price if you booked through Booking. There was no pool in Bulgaria where you could stay after 19.00, which makes you feel guilty for booking through Booking. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This place had its positives - the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the room was freezing and there weren't any extra blankets to be found. I guess that's what I got for choosing a budget option. Still, the staff were nice about it, so that's something.

I was really happy with the location - it was exactly what I was looking for, close to Asenovgrad and Plovdiv, and it was quiet and cozy. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the price was pretty good for what you got. I mean, it's not for everyone, but it suited me just fine.

The restaurant lady was super friendly and offered to make breakfast for me, which was great. There's also a mini market nearby where you can grab anything you need. However, the room was pretty echoey, like being in a maze, and I could hear people in the next room and below me like they were right next to me - not exactly ideal.

The room was clean, I'll give it that. But that's about where the positives end. The lighting was weak, there were no chairs in the room, and the bathroom was a bit of a disaster - no fan, a shower that sprayed everywhere, and no place to put your stuff. And don't even get me started on the air conditioning - it was ancient and made a racket. Maybe some extra blankets for winter wouldn't go amiss, either.
