The host was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was solid.
The staff were kind, they went out of their way with little touches for our friend with celiac disease, and the riad itself is beautiful. The neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe at night.
Cleanliness is top‑grade, the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help, towels are changed every day, and it’s just a 3‑minute walk from the medina gate; the indoor pool is great for cooling off from the city heat, the food is delicious, and I highly recommend it!

The Riad looks stunning and is a perfect spot to relax in Fès (thanks, AC); the breakfast was delightful, housekeeping refreshed the rooms daily, and everyone on staff was warm and helpful.

Ayoub and the kitchen staff are very available, but the ground‑floor room isn’t well sound‑proofed, which makes privacy an issue.
