“Disappointed after staying here 4 previously times”

The location was great. We had a two‑level room, and the winding steps were extremely narrow, creating a dangerous situation. We were moved to another room where the shower door leaked water, soaking the entire bathroom floor and making it slippery because the tiles were polished marble. Maintenance couldn’t fix the issue. We were then transferred to another two‑level room with a slightly better staircase but still somewhat risky. The housekeeping crew was not very thorough.

The lobby, library, and restaurant offered great views over the canal, and the street was pretty quiet, close to shopping and within walking distance of most of the city center, but the room style felt a little older.
