Inside the bathroom there was no hanger for clothes, and the towel that was broken was replaced with only one piece, whereas two people should have had two. The hotel’s actual name is Levante, but it’s listed as “super capital o Levante,” which doesn’t appear on Google Maps, making it hard to find after wandering around. Food at the hotel is expensive, and they don’t allow outside food, which is unacceptable. The cold water in the washbasin is an issue; management should inspect and fix all these defects to improve reviews. Too many problems during the stay.

The hotel itself was a real gem - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was amazing. However, the approach road to the hotel was a bit of a nightmare, with a lot of traffic and construction going on. It's not the hotel's fault, of course - they can't control the roadworks outside their door - but it did make for a bit of a stressful arrival.
