The location was quiet. The village felt like a scene from a Finnish film.

A nice place in the middle of Suodenniemi’s church village. A cozy event hall on the ground floor, rooms on the upper floor. The room was good for a short stay and clean. Customer service was good and flexible. The shared kitchen had a fridge and a coffee maker / kettle. Coffee and tea were available. The shared kitchen could have been cleaner.

I didn’t like the dirtiness and untidiness of the place. From the entrance right away it was messy, everything was covered in nails and there was stuff on the floors too. The shared kitchen was in terrible condition, the microwave was disgusting, the dishes were dirty, the chair covers were dirty – I didn’t feel like cooking at all. The toilet was dirty and a towel hung in a nail holder. The shower stall didn’t drain, so you couldn’t wash properly. No comforts (e.g., no TV), the room was hot (no air conditioning or window mosquito nets), so you couldn’t keep the window open at night.
