I found the property clean and well-equipped, but getting into the city center was a hassle because of the road layout; arranging rides took longer than expected, even though the distance isn’t huge, and the road network around Colombo is a bit confusing.

The room was clean and had all the essential amenities, and the staff were really nice and helpful. The overall hotel experience feels less modern than the website shows; the rooms are decent but not luxurious—the televisions are old 32‑inch models and the remote controls don’t work smoothly. The common facilities, such as the pool washrooms, need improvement because they were not clean.

The hotel’s infrastructure was impressive and the location gorgeous, with staff who were courteous and eager to help; it turned out to be the best experience in Sri Lanka, and I’d definitely book it again.

Our stay was truly exceptional: the facilities were first‑class, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location great, offering excellent value; the staff were welcoming and helpful, and dinner was fantastic with a wide selection of local dishes. The only downside was the thin walls, which let us hear neighbors and passersby in the room.
