From the terrace you enjoy a beautiful panorama both at the end of the afternoon and at sunrise; the dinner table offered in the evening is an asset; a garage allows you to store your bike, and the courtyard entrance is secure. The lighting in the room was too weak; a low‑power bedside lamp made it hard to read at night, forcing me to sit on my glasses and rub them. The insufficient lighting in this room (there are two, I think) led to a modest overall judgment.
