The staff were lovely and very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was a bit boring… we had breakfast included and had to order from the menu, which was mostly the same items, so it got a little dull.

“Advertised as a city-view room, but delivered a dark room facing a wall.”

The staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and helpful. The room’s condition and equipment were fine, and the staff’s attitude was a definite highlight of my stay. The breakfast was quite generous and tasty. However, the room advertised as having a city view and a sofa turned out to be essentially a bunker with no natural light; the window faced a wall about 1.5 metres away, so virtually no daylight entered. The room looked completely different from the hotel’s website photos, which show large windows, natural light, a sofa, and a city view—none of which we received. I found the hotel’s website presentation very misleading. The aquapark is highlighted as a main image, yet it is roughly a 15‑minute walk from the hotel. The difference between what was advertised and what we actually received is significant. If a room has a window facing a wall 1.5 metres away and provides virtually no natural light or view, it shouldn’t be marketed as a “city view” room; in Scandinavia it would be more honest to call it a “room without a view” or “room with a blocked window.”

The staff were polite and helpful. The indoor pool was nice, and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast could be better for a hotel at this price point, and the coffee was subpar. There aren’t enough hooks for towels or swimsuits in the bathroom, and there’s nowhere to put wet towels except on the floor.

“Déçu 😞”

The staff were kind. The breakfast was delicious. The location was fine. 1) The rooftop pool is small. Pool 2 is 15 minutes on foot. 3 to 4 hotels use that pool. All the lounge chairs are reserved and crowded with people. 2) The reservation service was not cooperative. A flight was cancelled on the day you still pay for the room with breakfast. No commercial gesture.
