The property sits in a nice spot and offers good value. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the new advanced door locks are impressive. As someone who visits Goa often and stays here most of the time, one thing that could be better is the breakfast selection.

The staff here were completely uncooperative, and to make matters worse, they charged me an extra 2485 rupees on top of the 687 I'd already paid. Everything about the place felt subpar, and I was even denied a payment receipt when I asked for it at the reception. It wasn't until I spoke to the manager that they finally provided it.

The location and facilities of this hotel were definitely its strong points, but unfortunately, the price and cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. It's a shame, really, because the hotel had a lot of potential.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Goa, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy reach. It's exactly what you'd want from a holiday hotel - and it delivers. I didn't have a single complaint during my stay.
