The place is easy to walk to the falls, though you have to climb a steep hill back up; parking right next to the hotel works well. The carpet felt a bit dirty and the room looked worn, but it was functional enough since we were mainly heading to the falls, not looking for a luxury stay.

The location is super convenient for those without a car, and our room faces the Skylon Tower so we could see the fireworks from the balcony; the hotel is quiet, and taking the We Go Bus is very handy. We had no complaints, just overall satisfaction.
