The villa enters through a private door and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster and electric kettle. It contains a living area, two separate bedrooms with three beds and accommodates up to five guests, plus a wardrobe and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels. Two private bathrooms provide both a bathtub and a shower, and a washing machine is available for guest use.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, surrounded by many good restaurants, and the rooms are clean and spacious; Mr. Parab, the owner, is very polite and friendly.

The location is good and close to the beach, but the rooms were not properly maintained and were unhygienic.
Quiet and good communication with the owner, bike rental and help with everything; however, there was dust and old cobwebs under the bed and by the cabinets, which could be a problem for allergy sufferers, and the fridge in the middle was moldy and something was kept there.
The manager is very kind and the value for money is good, but there were more insects in the rooms than usual.
Everything was great, I want to stay again.
