“Great location and space, but no utensils and earliest check out time ever!”
Location is great, I’ve stayed at 3 different apartments in the area. The subway is just nearby, and it’s not far from Shinjuku station. It’s value for money if there are two people as each person gets his/her own room and bathroom. It’s not recommended for more than 3 adults. There are no utensils even though there’s a microwave. It makes it impossible to takeaway and eat-in. This is the first time I’ve seen this. The 2 other apartments I stayed nearby had all the basic utensils. Be warned!! Check out is 10am, and by far the earliest ever I’ve seen. There is little flexibility to stay beyond 10am. They made me pay 3000 yen for each hour beyond check out time. I’m promised a receipt but still have not received it yet
