I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the lack of soft music while dining was a major letdown. Otherwise, everything was pretty standard – not exactly what I'd call a memorable stay.

The only redeeming qualities of our stay were the decent breakfast spread and the friendly staff. The room we were given for our special event was also a nice touch. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end – everything else was just okay.

The WiFi and TV in our room were both out of commission, which was pretty frustrating. Not exactly the most relaxing stay, but I guess it's not like they were trying to impress us or anything.

The location of this place is amazing, right by the sea and super peaceful. The rooms were also spotless and well-maintained. However, the whole place feels a bit neglected in terms of upkeep. We had some issues with the staff not knowing which room we were supposed to have, and we had to change rooms on the morning after arrival. The airport transfer didn't work out because the staff hadn't read our messages, and some items on the breakfast menu were missing.

The hotel's lack of electricity when we arrived set the tone for a disappointing stay. The receptionist was using a reading light to check us in, which was a bit surreal. Our room was tiny for three adults, and the TV didn't work, so we had to wait till the next day for it to be fixed. The breakfast was a letdown, and the staff seemed unfriendly. To make matters worse, the electricity went out on Saturday night, leaving us in total darkness.
