The room is comfortable and the location is good, but there’s a lot of noise in the hallway and on the street in the morning, and the curtain doesn’t block out light completely.

The location is perfect, close to everything and right in front of a huaca. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are exceptional! The place is beautiful. Breakfast is served in a dreamy setting and is more than good!!! The staff are impeccable.

The place is amazing, a 20‑minute walk to the center but a pleasant route. The building itself is beautiful, with a stunning rooftop terrace and everything kept very clean. The staff are incredible, even letting us leave our luggage when we headed to Aguas Calientes and picking it up a few days later. They also prepared breakfast for us because we had to depart early for a tour. The people are kind and wonderful! Bring earplugs for the barking dogs at night if you’re a light sleeper; I had mine and slept like a baby. This happens in many spots in Cusco unless you’re right in the main city center.
