I had a fairly good stay at this hotel, with some notable highlights including a spacious room, friendly staff, and good food. However, there were also some issues, such as a broken washroom door lock, a bidet with slow water flow, and loud construction noise early in the morning during school holidays.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel's location near the Kurunegala Lake was a major plus. However, it's clear that the hotel has seen better days, with signs of wear and tear evident throughout the property. Unfortunately, the hotel's atmosphere fell flat for me, and the ongoing renovations didn't help. To make matters worse, a loud party in the adjacent banquet hall kept me up at night, and the hotel staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issue.
