“Meraviglia!”

I’m back for the second time and everything was flawless, with a noticeable improvement in service and customer respect; the restaurant is clearly evolving, breakfast is superb—thanks a ton! The distance from Como feels long because of traffic, honestly a bit far, but the beauty of the place makes the effort worthwhile.

The hotel is very high level, impeccably clean, with an amazing pool and spa that’s spotless and green; it’s a real gem. It’s a shame there’s no gym.

“Vacaciones de ensueño.”

We absolutely loved everything – it felt like a dream vacation with peace, relaxation, nature and great food, and I’m already telling family and friends about it. The buffet and restaurant staff were as friendly and professional as possible, always on hand so nothing was missing. The only downside was that after five breakfasts the buffet menu became repetitive and wasn’t as varied as at other hotels; we would have liked a broader selection of cold cuts and breads, especially for the kids, though the sweets were plentiful and everything else was delicious, and they could even cook something extra for you on request.

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, la chambre parfaite.”

A very beautiful spot, stunning, with a lovely pool and very friendly staff; the castle is magnificent. The pool and breakfast were the only things that could be improved.
