It’s hard to make the facilities any simpler. The breakfast is 800 m away… it’s tough to justify such a poor price‑quality ratio.

I loved the relationship with the lady who welcomes you; she’s attentive, always trying to please, and adorable. The location is perfect, close to the pier on the island and to a grocery that also serves food. That said, the meals at the accommodation are very good, inexpensive, and excellent! Of course, you’re on Koh Phaluaï, so everything is a bit wild and you can’t fault the basic comfort, but reasonably, the bungalows are new and very sufficient for exploring the island and the surrounding national park. Beware of cold shower water on this island or the electricity is metered. Normal.

The property is clean and the houses look cute. But it’s way too expensive, the beds are super uncomfortable, and the island feels dead; the really beautiful beaches are hard to reach. To get to the island, the only ferry leaves from Don Sak twice a day.
