The staff are super friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms have very comfortable air conditioning. Although the infrastructure isn’t the best, the hotel is clean, cozy, and close to Semuc Champey, exactly what we were looking for. I really liked it.

The pool was nice, but it wasn’t really clean. The overall setup was very basic, somewhat outdated, and a bit shabby.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent, but the bathroom door was almost see‑through.

We really liked the restaurant service, the dishes were reasonably priced and tasty, and the bar plan at night was perfect for relaxing; overall the attention was very good, though the hotel is a bit far from the town and some streets were under repair, which I expect will be fixed soon.

We wanted to visit Semuc Champey, and there’s no central area nearby, so we chose this place because it has everything: dinner, lunch, snacks, drinks, a pool to jump into after excursions, a quiet bath, and air‑conditioning to stay cool—this is the spot! Thanks for everything!
