A lovely room, situated among the vineyards, with a nice pool and a standard breakfast; the wine festival was fun, and the side gate gave quick access, and there was no noise at night. Nothing negative.

I love the location, the room, the facilities and the restaurant. The staff lacks a bit of warmth for a hotel that is quite nice; we had to carry our own suitcases halfway through the building before the receptionist (who was at the door when we arrived) asked where we were going and whether we wanted to check in. Also, smiles are scarce. When we checked out there were no comments; normally one would say, “Hope you enjoyed your stay” or “We hope to see you again.” It’s not a cheap place to stay, and the service doesn’t match the rest of the fantastic experience. Additionally, there were a few black stains on the floor in front of the shower.
