The walls were paper‑thin, so every conversation from neighboring rooms was audible, and the lobby had an odd smell, yet the staff were great.

We stayed on the first floor, and although the Hampton Inn and Suites was 18 miles from our destination, the accommodations themselves were satisfactory; this was my first visit to the Palmdale location.

The hotel felt nice and the staff were friendly, but the room next door was noisy and the walls were super thin—ear plugs are a good idea if you’re sensitive. We enjoyed the free breakfast, which had great options, and I’d stay again.
