The location is great, and Nino is truly legendary—warm and thoughtful. The only downside was that I didn't realize the bathroom was shared, but that didn't bother me at all.

Staying with Nino was a beautiful experience. We shared two fantastic evenings filled with delicious food, good wine, and engaging conversations. Google Translate made communication a breeze, and we had a lot of fun together. The setting is superb—walking distance to a supermarket, other nice wineries, the park, and the estate with its cellar all nearby. The veranda is extremely cozy, and we enjoyed watching the friendly cats and the neighbor’s dog Bobby. Nights are very quiet, making sleep easy. We still talk about our two wonderful days at Nino’s. Wishing him continued success and sending best regards!

Nino is a fantastic host and cook, very friendly and made us feel right at home. We checked in at midnight; she brewed tea, offered food, and prepared a delicious breakfast that my picky daughter loved and asked for the recipe. We only stayed one night, and when our taxi to the next destination was delayed, she kindly gave us a lift to the next resort. Amazing service and a great host. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Georgia.

Thanks to Nino for an amazing stay—one of the best experiences in Georgia. The room was spotless and lovely. We also savored the food and especially the home wine; the Red Saperavi was outstanding. We bought bottles to enjoy back home. Nino was very helpful, giving us tips on places to visit in Kakhetia, and the short tour to the marani was delightful. I highly recommend staying at Nino’s home and hope to return!

A great spot, I've stayed here before. Rooms are clean, parking is inside the gates, and it's a short walk to Tsinandali Estate. The indoor temperature is comfortable, Wi‑Fi works fine, and there's an outdoor covered area with tables to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The hostess is responsive and makes excellent wine you can taste and purchase.
