The staff member Federico went out of his way to make our stay smooth. The location is spot‑on, well connected by bus and metro, so we’re only a few minutes from the stunning historic centre, and the city offers an incredible array of monuments.

The staff’s service was EXCELLENT!!!! Their dedication was spectacular and made a real difference. The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from the train station.

Federico’s attention and the location were great. The bed, towels, and service were all fine. The only downside was that the bathroom wasn’t inside our room.

Convenient, clean, not far from the station, with nearby stops and shops. Everything was liked.
