Novotel Lodz Centrum, a 4-star hotel, is centrally located in Łódź, with Piotrkowska Street, lined with bars and restaurants, just 200 metres away. The hotel offers modern rooms with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and amenities like tea/coffee making facilities and a minibar. A restaurant serves international cuisine, while a business centre, fitness centre, and library are also available. Galeria Łódzka Shopping Mall is opposite.

Breakfasts were good, product quality very good. The staff were very friendly and extended the checkout to 13:00 without any problem. It was a successful stay. The room was clean, nice, and everything worked properly.

The location was excellent; most tourist attractions are reachable on foot, and if not, there’s a tram stop right under the hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. The mattress felt a bit too soft for me, but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food so everyone can find something they like. The espresso coffee was superb. I also met a well‑known actress and a famous music band in the hotel – I’m not sure if it was the hotel’s doing or a coincidence, but it was cool to see a celebrity at breakfast two tables over. The only flaw in this perfect picture was the table being cleaned too quickly during breakfast – fresh food was taken away while I went for coffee. That clashes a bit with the restaurant wall’s message about not wasting food (which I sincerely support).

The staff were very friendly, everything was tidy, breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety – everyone can find something they like. Parking is available on site.
