The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the hotel felt pretty old and just okay. The buffet was not up to the standard of a hotel of this size; you had to stand in line like at a cafeteria and there were very few food options, making you wonder if you were in a school lunchroom.

There was nothing positive; it’s a hotel for English people and only the staff are helpful. It’s a very old hotel with low‑quality food, and the elevators take an eternity to go up or down. Everything is expensive, all very pricey.
