The hotel has improved a lot; I was much more satisfied than in my previous stays. It has a perfect location and the price‑performance is quite good. Compared to my earlier experiences, I can easily say that many things have changed. Because the towels were dirty, I requested a towel change three times during my four‑night stay. When the sheet I received was soiled, I asked for a new one. When I asked for an iron, they rang the door and brought it after about three hours. The water pressure was very low at the last minute—probably an issue with the city’s water system. The breakfast on the last day was a disaster; the usual staff member was absent, and everything went wrong (the only staff member who worked properly was the one at the hotel).

Nothing! I booked but they sent me away!!! I never got my money back! Everything was just that I was sent away.

“Excellent emplacement à rafraîchir”

The place is close to the main street and Taksim Square, but a bit tucked away from the traffic and noise. Breakfast was decent for the price. The housekeeping was lacking; we had two days with no cleaning or poorly done cleaning, and the living room table stayed dirty the whole time. The room wasn’t well sound‑proofed and could use a refresh.
