Everything was pretty much great, but breakfast wasn't included, even though most Marriott properties do offer it.

The location was good, with easy access to Stockbridge and Lenox, and we only had breakfast coffee at the hotel. The shower in our room dripped all night, and in the morning it was very difficult to turn on; we reported this to the front desk at checkout, hoping it’s been fixed now.

The place is spotless and conveniently close to everything I needed. The only drawback is that the refrigerator lacks a small freezer compartment for my ice packs.

The location and pool were great. Unfortunately, I left my water shoes in the room and was told there would be a charge to mail them back, even though I’ve been a Bonbon member for many years.
