I had a reservation for months, but when I arrived they said I didn’t have one. Even though I showed my receipt, reservation number, and pin #, they couldn’t find it for half an hour. They had my first name listed as my last name.

It was very quiet. It was very difficult to find a phone number, but we finally found it on our AmEx account. It was helpful to talk with a real person.

I had a disastrous experience at this hotel. They lost my pre-paid reservation, and to make matters worse, they charged me double the original price for a room. My initial reservation was for $159, but they ended up charging me $397 instead. They promised to refund the original amount, but I'm still waiting for it.

“Just ok”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, my room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. However, I did have some issues with the room layout - the closet was positioned in a way that blocked my view of the TV, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I felt that the price was a bit steep, and I would have considered staying elsewhere if there had been more availability at other hotels.
