Close to Istiklal Street, roomy rooms, and the reception—especially Mr Murad—was cooperative. The bathroom’s toilet fan didn’t work well and the water‑main noise was audible from the main room.

We had a wonderful stay at Sala Suites! The property is beautiful, modern, very clean, and in a fantastic location, making it the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Murat, who was an exceptional host. He was incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely choose Sala Suites again on our next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended! ❤️

“An okay stay with a helpful welcome, but noise and room preparation could be improved.”

The staff member who welcomed us was very helpful and took the time to show us a map, explain where to go, and give us tips for exploring Istanbul. We appreciated his warm welcome. Housekeeping also offered to clean on the days we slept in. The hotel is in a narrow alley, and the exterior looked different from what we expected from the photos. Our ground-floor room was close to reception, and conversations were clearly audible. Although this was mentioned in the description, the noise was more noticeable than expected. Music from a nearby club also continued until around 5 a.m. on the weekend. The advertised balcony was a small enclosed outdoor space facing walls, with no direct sunlight. It felt more like a smoking area than somewhere to sit and relax. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. After asking twice, we received a partially used roll. Toiletries were provided later, but the liquid soap dispenser remained empty. We declined cleaning on two days because we slept in and could have asked for more supplies, but the basics should have been ready on arrival. On our final night, the electricity went out and continued switching on and off the following morning
