Good value for money and the staff were very friendly.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, as the room was musty, infested with ants, and dirty, especially considering the price I paid.
I had to cancel my stay at this hotel due to a personal matter, but the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to change rooms initially, and when my circumstances changed again, they went above and beyond to help me find a new hotel and even arranged transportation for me. Their exceptional hospitality and kindness left a lasting impression on me.
“Wonderful New Year stay !”
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which exceeded my expectations. I'm grateful for the pleasant stay and appreciate the hotel for meeting my needs.
I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel, thanks to its incredibly comfortable bed and the fact that the pool was right outside my room. The hotel's proximity to shops and the beach was also a major plus. However, I was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the room rate.
