We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The biggest benefit was its excellent location—right in the center of all the major attractions and within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, food spots, and cafés. It was very convenient to explore the area without relying heavily on transportation, making our stay enjoyable and hassle‑free. Overall, a great choice for anyone who wants to stay close to the attractions and experience the local food and café scene. The only downside was that our room had no windows, making it feel a little closed in. Also, there is no lift/elevator, and we stayed on the 4th floor, so carrying our luggage up and down was quite inconvenient.

“Ubicación inmejorable”

The location is unbeatable and the receptionist’s customer service was very positive. We asked to change rooms and she swapped them immediately without any trouble. The restaurant next to the hotel, called Tok Tok Mee, is spectacular. The first room we received did not match the “Deluxe” label we had booked; we requested a change and it was handled smoothly. The Wi‑Fi has poor coverage, losing connection quickly, and the bathroom is very small.

The hospitality was very bad. Coz I had to wait for the receptionist for nearly 1 hour plus and the pic did not attend my calls even when I called so many times … and also not even an apology
