The location and staff were great; a few rooms were dated, but we were upgraded, which was a relief given the high price.

The view and service were excellent, and we didn’t dislike anything; the only issue was the steps, but we were in our 70s and managed carefully.

I liked that there was an elevator, so I didn’t have to climb many stairs to reach my room, but the bathroom felt cramped and barely allowed me to move around.
