I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but things didn't go as planned. They ended up not accepting my booking, which was a bit of a letdown. But what really took the cake was when they asked me to leave the premises because they had another party going on. I mean, I get that parties can be a big deal, but it's not exactly the kind of welcome you want to give to a guest.

This hotel really delivered on the basics – the room was a great size, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property itself was spotless. The receptionist was particularly great, making sure I had everything I needed and answering all my questions. The staff's courtesy was impressive, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Overall, I had an amazing experience here and would definitely recommend it.
