The new building had top‑class equipment and the underground parking was very comfortable. Walking into the city center takes about 15 minutes.

The facilities and staff were good, but the location and dinner menu were not great.

Breakfast was perfect and excellent; the location is quiet, ten minutes on foot from the sea and the center, and there’s private parking at the hotel. However, the four‑star Spanish standard might equate to a French three‑star; at some times there was no French‑speaking staff. The corridors and elevators were littered with crumbs and spilled drink stains that stayed for days. When we returned to the room around 17:00, all the bathroom towels had been removed and no clean ones were left. After a half‑hour wait, a trip to reception, and a phone call with a non‑French speaker, we finally got something to shower. French guests are not a priority here; none of the menus, instructions, or manuals are in French. The hotel caters mainly to Spanish, English, and Dutch guests, so being bilingual is essential.

“Buena eleccion para ir a Javea si quieres un hotel tranquilo y sin niños.”

Un hotel muy comodo, con buenas instalaciones, el buffet depende del dia es mejorable y los desayunos muy completos y rico. Habitaciones amplias, con un buen baño y terraza. Por los alrededores se puede aparcar fácilmente y esta a unos 15 minutos de cualquier sitio andando. El personal del restaurante nos trato de forma despectiva, una pena porque el personal de recepción era encantado, imagino que nuestras formas de vestir no eran las adecuadas, debe de ser que tenemos que ir de lujo para bajar a comer, una pena fastidiar un buen hotel. Por otro lado en las habitaciones no puedes colgar las toallas ni bañadores
