“Happy family”

CJ at the front desk was fantastic. I had booked online and the hotel didn’t have it in their system, so I asked him to cancel that reservation because he had a room available. He gave me the room later that afternoon and called to confirm he was canceling the online booking. He handled everything for me, so I had one less thing to stress about. We were on town dropping off our kids at Chico State University. Breakfast was great, another thing not to worry about each morning. Thank you CJ for everything… Cea fam6. There was nothing I didn’t like; everything was great.

“Enjoyed our stay.”

The location is clean, the breakfast and amenities are great, and there’s on‑site laundry for a small fee. The only downside is that quiet hours don’t work well—sound really travels through the halls and walls.

Everyone was nice, the facilities were great, and the location was nicely situated. However, I was charged 20 dollars more than what I signed for.

“Great stay! Breakfast is too early!”

Beautiful, very comfortable room! Great bed-- very good linens and pillows. Huge TV -- Excellent cable. Property located right across from the Olive Garden. I bought a bottle of wine at the convenience store & they gave me a nice wine glass. Most excellent air conditioning in the Chico heat. Check-in was perfunctory-- borderline rude. Albeit, fast. I really don't like that they stop serving breakfast at 9:00am during the week. When I'm on vacation-- it's too early to have to go to breakfast way before 9am! No closet -- but a huge, ugly bar hanging from the ceiling to hang your clothes on!
