The biggest plus was the very kind and helpful staff, especially the restaurant server who was courteous and professional.
The hotel sits right on top of the Ovčárna stop, which made getting around a breeze.
Breakfast was top‑notch – fresh pastries, good coffee and a solid spread of cold cuts.
Despite the building’s age it was clean and tidy.

The room was nice and clean, with a view of Praděd. In the restaurant there was a cooking smell that felt like frying.
Price/quality ratio is super. Clean room, kind receptionist and a waitress at breakfast. We were probably witnesses of a morning meeting and heard a lot of profanity from the manager/owner. Despite that, he let the sausages from the breakfast buffet go, claiming they were already spoiled. Very unprofessional behaviour.
