The location, friendly staff, room, King bed, balcony, TV, air conditioning; a cold and hot water dispenser and coffee in the patio. Kitchen utensils are missing and it’s somewhat noisy to sleep because of bar music.

Excellent location. The room was very hot and the air conditioning wasn’t enough.

We arrived to find no towels in the bathrooms, and the staff told us the laundry had failed but never fixed it. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs without any assistance. The front of the hotel faced a shop blasting loud music and a speaker on the street until 2 a.m.
